2.1 I will prioritize safety at all times and follow the safety guidelines provided by HumNow LLC.

2.2 I will use all equipment and facilities responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions.

3. FACILITY CLEANLINESS

3.1 I will help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility by disposing of trash properly and avoiding damage to property.

3.2 I will promptly report any safety hazards or equipment issues to facility staff.

4. PERSONAL HYGIENE

4.1 I will maintain personal hygiene standards to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all users.

4.2 I will wear appropriate attire for training and avoid attire with offensive or inappropriate messaging.

5. RESPECT FOR EQUIPMENT

5.1 I will treat all equipment and property belonging to HumNow LLC with care and respect.

5.2 I will not tamper with, misuse, or damage any equipment or property.

6. COMPLIANCE WITH FACILITY RULES

6.1 I will follow all posted facility rules and guidelines, including hours of operation, designated areas, and safety protocols.

7. Photography and Social Media

7.1 I will respect the privacy and consent of others when taking photographs or videos within the facility.

7.2 I will obtain permission from individuals before posting their images on social media or other public platforms.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH STAFF

8.1 I will cooperate with and follow the instructions of HumNow LLC staff and trainers while in the facility.

9. NO TOLERANCE FOR HARASSMENT

9.1 I understand that HumNow LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying. Such behavior will not be tolerated.

10. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

10.1 Violations of this Facility Code of Conduct may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban from using HumNow LLC facilities.

• Promoting upcoming events, trainings, and activities.

• Sharing success stories and testimonials.

• Showcasing HumNow LLC's programs and facilities.

2. CONDITIONS

2.1 HumNow LLC agrees to use these photographs and videos in a respectful and appropriate manner, consistent with the values and mission of HumNow LLC.

2.2 HumNow LLC may continue to use the content indefinitely, unless I or my legal guardian revoke this consent in writing.

By agreeing to this consent agreement, I release and discharge HumNow LLC, its agents, representatives, and employees from any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of the use of the content as described in this agreement.
