Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

You must be 10 years or older to become a HumNow member.

A Limited Membership costs $100 a month and includes full access to the HumNow facility, including the ability to reserve cage space for up to 30 minutes three days a week. You also get access to our HumNow performance trainers, who will help design a personalized training plan to meet your goals.

A Unlimited membership costs $200 a month and offers the same benefits as the Limited membership but grants access seven days a week instead of just three.

The Performance membership is designed for non-baseball or softball athletes looking to enhance their speed, strength, agility, and vertical. This membership grants athletes access to our performance trainers and equipment. This also includes access to the velcity based weight training technology with the Perch Fit Solutions.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time without incurring any fees or contracts.

All memberships include access to our performance trainers at no additional cost. Additionally, we offer small group training sessions that members can sign up for at no extra charge. However, if you'd like to schedule one-on-one sessions with our pitching or hitting coaches, there is an additional cost, which varies by trainer.

You can schedule one-on-one training through the HumNow website starting on 12/11/2023. Simply select a trainer and choose from their available time slots.

Cage reservations can be made through the HumNow website starting on 12/11/2023. You can select open time slots and ensure the cage is reserved for your use.

Our cages are set per member, so if you and another HumNow member both book 30 minutes, you have access to the cage for up to an hour.

Yes, all 8 cages are equipped with the Rapasodo V3, including an iPad and TV. The V3 tracks hitting, pitching, or both.

Yes, your HumNow membership includes a free Rapsodo account, allowing you to monitor and track your results over time.

The Perch Fit Solution is a camera-based system attached to each of our weightlifting racks. It measures the velocity of specific lifts performed by athletes, providing real-time feedback on a tablet. It alerts athletes if they are lifting too slowly or too quickly, helping develop speed and explosion while reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, it tracks progress over time.

Yes, absolutely. We have designated spaces and seating for parents to observe.

Yes, we have a unique program that supports both HumNow memebers and their teams. Team rates are currently $150 for 90 mins, with a max of 2 practices per week. However, for every HumNow member on the team we will reduce the practice fee by $10 per member. If there are 10 or more HumNow Members on the team then there is NO charge to the team to use the facility. At HumNow we believe and support ALL athletes and ALL teams. This is our way of giving back to our members teams.
