The Pitch360 Development Series is designed for pitchers who want measurable progress in velocity, command, and arm health. Over six weeks, athletes train with current professional pitchers using modern instruction, analytics, and pitch design. Sessions are long enough for proper warm-up, bullpen work, and recovery—while athletes receive individualized coaching within a competitive environment that accelerates growth.

Meet the Coordinator & Instructors

Liam Paddack — Chicago White Sox (MiLB Pitcher)
Coeur d’Alene native Liam Paddack is currently a pitcher in the Chicago White Sox organization. After a standout career at Gonzaga University, Liam was drafted and began his professional journey in the White Sox system.
Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to development, Liam is passionate about giving back to the game and helping young pitchers build healthy habits on and off the mound. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge in areas of arm care, mechanics, mentality, and preparation with the next generation of athletes.

Stuart Flesland — Colorado Rockies (MiLB Pitcher)
Stu Flesland III is a left-handed pitcher from Colbert, Washington, who starred at Mt. Spokane High School with a dominant 0.19 ERA his senior year before pitching collegiately at Boise State and the University of Washington. At UW, he became one of the Huskies’ most reliable starters, posting a 7–2 record with 81 strikeouts and just 27 walks, ranking among the Pac-12 leaders in innings pitched. In 2023, Stu was selected in the 11th round of the MLB Draft by the Colorado Rockies and now pitches professionally in their organization with the Spokane Indians (High-A affiliate). Known for his strong command, competitive mindset, and ability to mentor young players, Stu brings his professional pitching experience and passion for player development to HumNow, helping the next generation of athletes learn the art and discipline of pitching.

Program Coordinator: Jacob Canterbury — Former Los Angeles Dodgers Organization
Jacob is a recently retired professional pitcher with seven seasons of pro experience and a career strikeout rate of 11+ K/9. A former NJCAA All-American at San Jacinto College and standout at the University of Missouri—where he studied Rehabilitative Health Science—he was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2019. Jacob has also operated his own training company, working with athletes from high school to the professional level.
